Add clients to the Portfolio

How to use

This feature allows any accounting firm to add its clients to the nBanks Portfolio quickly and easily. To do this, you need to choose one of the three service modules that you want to provide to each of your clients. This way you can access and process their information and consequently share these services with them.

Step 1:

Access the Portfolio functionality in the top menu of functionalities;

Step 2:

Select the "Add Customer" button in the submenu;

Step 3:

Select the customer's country;

Step 4:

Select the additional service to be provided to the customer;

Step 5:

Click on "Continue";

Step 6:

Enter the VAT number of the customer to be invited and click on "Confirm";

Step 7:

Fill in the required information and click on "Continue";

Step 8:

Validate the information provided and click on "Confirm";

Step 9:

Click on "Close".

And that's it! You have just invited your customer to enter the nBanks Platform with a plan that you have provided. An invitation email is automatically sent so that they are introduced to nBanks services and can access the Platform directly through the Plan they provided.
