Postal Code: 4300-340 - Porto, through its platform available on the Internet at www.nbanks.net (hereinafter referred to as the Platform or nBanks Platform), provides a digital platform, on a global scale, which makes information and financial information management services available to the User, facilitating contact between financial institutions and the User, allowing the latter to be aware of and have access to financial products and offers from financial institutions registered on the platform and operating in the market.

NBKS processes the personal data of its users for the following purposes (i) operation of its Platform.
The processing of the data collected for these purposes is lawful because it is necessary for the performance of the contract established with the users for these purposes, as well as because the users give their consent to the processing for these purposes.
NBKS does not process special categories of personal data, namely personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, data concerning health or data concerning sex life or sexual orientation.
2..4 Recipients of Personal Data.
Only with regard to the loyalty program, NBKS may provide third parties with the personal data of users, for the purpose of executing this contract, namely with a view to collecting or delivering the rewards awarded.
In the case of organizing contests, NBKS may provide third parties with the personal data of users participating in these contests, based on their consent, for the purpose of direct marketing, without prejudice to the information obligations to be provided by these third parties.

Personal data is kept for the entire period necessary to provide the services provided by NBKS.
Once this period has elapsed, NBKS retains customer data for the following period of time: two years.
With a view to the continuous improvement, development and innovation of its products and services, NBKS may retain user data beyond this period by anonymizing it in accordance with best practice, i.e. by ensuring that the data is rendered irreversibly and definitively unidentifiable.

The holders of personal data have the right to request from NBKS, under the terms resulting from the legal rules in force on the protection of personal data, access to personal data concerning them, their rectification and erasure, limitation and opposition to processing, as well as their portability.

The holders of personal data have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission, under the terms resulting from the legal rules in force regarding the protection of personal data.

User profiles may be defined in order to present them with the content that is of most interest and most suited to the profile defined. Through the Platform, NBKS processes the following personal data of its users, which is why the following information is provided to its owners: user's full name, email address.
