How to use

Case study:

When the bank credentials are changed in the Homebanking of the specific account and not in nBanks, this causes an incompatibility that does not allow the platform to update the balances and movements of the account in question. Through this process you will be able to resolve this issue quickly and easily to resume the automatic clearance of bank balances and movements.

Step 1:

Access the Financial Management feature;

Step 2:

Select the financial institution with the following signs:

Step 3:

Identify the bank account marked with the following sign and click on the notification:

Step 4:  

Click on Update Credentials;

Step 5:

Enter the current credentials of the selected bank account.

And that's it, the nBanks system will now update the credentials of this bank account and within seconds you'll receive updated information automatically.
