Add Client to Portfolio

How to use

This feature gives accountants/auditors a quick and easy way to add their clients to the nBanks Portfolio. To do this, you need to choose one of the three Service Modules that you want to offer each of your clients. In this way, you can access and process your clients' information and consequently share these services with them.

Step 1

Go to the Portfolio area in the top navigation menu.

Step 2

Choose the"Customers" tab.

Step 3

Click on the"Add Customer" button.

Step 4

Select the customer's country.

Step 5

Select your associated Consumption Level (1, 2 or 3) and press"Continue".

Step 6

Enter the client company's VAT number and press"Continue" again.

Step 7

With the data validated, the client company is added.

Once everything has been filled in and confirmed, the customer will appear on your Customer List. If the added company already has a paid subscription to nBanks, the user will not incur any extra costs.
