The nBanks platform allows you to communicate directly with a customer via a messaging chat. To do this, follow these steps:
Go to the Portfolio area in the top navigation menu.
Choose the"Customers" tab.
Select the Client you want from the menu on the left.
Choose the"Chat" option.
It is ready to communicate with the desired client.
As well as being able to communicate quickly with your customers via text messages, you also have the option of attaching files. With this feature, communication becomes faster and more effective.
