
The cache is a set of temporary data stored in your browser to speed up the loading of web pages you visit frequently. However, sometimes this cache can contain outdated information, preventing new versions of the page from loading correctly.
Go to Browser Settings (usually represented by the ⋮ icon in the top right-hand corner of the page).
Look for the "Privacy and Security" section (it usually appears in the Settings).
In this section, select the "Clear browsing data" option (or similar).
In the cleaning window, keep the default options selected (including the cache).
Confirm that the data has been cleared.
Close the browser completely.
After a few seconds, open the browser again.
Go to app.nbanks.net. Log in again and check that the problem has been resolved.
