Activate/Renew Bank Account Access Consent | BPI

How to use

To ensure the continued operation of the connection to bank accounts, you must activate/renew your account access consent through the nBanks platform. When activating/renewing consent for Banco BPI accounts, you should take a few things into account:

Step 1

Go to the Financial Management area and select the banking institution (BPI) that has the following signs:

Then you must identify the account and click on the alert icon:

In the Pending Validations area, click on Reactivate to continue the process.

Step 4

You will be redirected to the BPI Homebanking page:

- Private: Enter your account credentials and click on "Sign in";

- Companies: Click on "Navigate to BPI NET Companies" and enter your credentials.

Step 5

Select the Current Account(s) you want to list by clicking on the box of the desired account(s) and then on "Authorize".

Step 6

You will receive an SMS to validate the previous operation. Then wait for the system to redirect you to the nBanks platform and do not click on "Back to".

And that's it! The nBanks system will update your consent. In a few seconds, it will resume automatically updating the information.

nBanks will have access to Banco BPI's bank details for a further 180 days. This process must be repeated whenever the consent expires. In the case of past periods in which consent was not renewed, nBanks will not be able to recover the data from that period of time.
