This customization allows you to adapt the platform to your way of working and facilitates financial monitoring.

Types of balance available:

- Authorized balance

- Available Balance

- Accounting balance

By default, the platform displays the Authorized Balance on the home page.

How do I change the balance displayed?

Step 1

Go to Company Settings in the top menu.

Step 2

In the Company Settings, go to Global Settings.

‍

Step 3

In the Global Settings, you can choose the type of balance (Authorized, Available or Accounting) that you want to see in the accounts.

Step 4

Click Save Changes to confirm the change. Your choice will be saved to make your day-to-day life easier.
