
The Access Management feature allows you to control which users have access to the account of each company registered on the nBanks platform.
This area has been designed to ensure that only authorized persons can consult, manage or edit sensitive information, reinforcing security and compliance in the use of the platform.
- Assign access to new employees who need to use nBanks.
- Remove access from users who are no longer part of the company or don't need access to financial information - Set different permissions according to each user's profile or role.
- Ensuring the security of the company's banking and financial data.
To manage user access, go to the Group Settings area in the top menu.
Here you can see the list of registered users and invite new ones.
To change a user's access permissions, choose a user and click on"Actions" and then"Configure".
Select one of the companies to which this user has access and set the default permission (Administrator, Management, Consultation, Custom).
Next, click on Continue and choose the type of view the user will have in each area (No View, Full View, Inflows and Outflows Without Balances, Inflows Only, Outflows Only).
Click on"Save".
And that's it, from now on, the user will only have access to the companies and functionalities defined. This access can be changed at any time.
