Changing the bank credentials in the Homebanking of the specific account and not in the nBanks platform causes an incompatibility that does not allow the platform to update the balances and movements of the account in question. Through this process you will be able to resolve this issue quickly and easily to resume the automatic clearance of bank balances and movements.
Access the Financial Management feature.
Select the financial institution with the following signs.
Identify the bank account marked with the following sign and click on the notification.
You will be redirected to the Pending Validations area. Click on Reactivate to continue the process.
Fill in the access data for the selected bank account.
And that's it! The nBanks system will now update your bank account credentials and within seconds you'll receive updated information automatically.
