How to use

The Financial and Tax Agenda allows you to consult all your business's financial and tax commitments on a single page, and you can even program notifications for each activity so that you never miss an appointment. This feature works through integration with the Finance Portal, which automatically includes your business's tax and fiscal commitments in this Agenda. Some of the agenda's topics include post-dated checks, payments to be made, usual expenses in your cash cycle, among other types of costs and income.

Step 1

Go to the My Companies area and select a company.

Step 2

Select the Agenda tab.

Step 3

In this area you can consult your financial and tax commitments and you can filter by Date, Keyword or Category.

Step 4

You can add a new activity by clicking on Add Activity.

Step 5

Set up the activity by entering information about it in the fields indicated.

Step 6

Click on Add.

And that's it! You've just included your first activity in the nBanks Financial Agenda.
