On the nBanks platform, a Bank Account with manual access is an Account that always requires a user-initiated update, as opposed to Automatic Accounts. In addition, access to it always requires double authentication.
This is because in order to access that account's data, an additional authentication step is required, such as a code or token sent by email or SMS. It is recommended that this update be done by the person responsible for the account, or together with that person, as they will need to enter their bank credentials.
This update can be done in two ways:
To perform the update, you must first select the desired company in the My Companies area.
Go to the Financial Management tab and then Bank Accounts.
In Bank Accounts, you must select a specific account.
Click on the Refresh icon next to the account in question.
To perform the update, you must first select the desired company in the My Companies area.
Go to the Financial Management tab and then Bank Accounts.
Press Update.
Before starting this process, make sure you are prepared to complete the additional authentication step. For example, if a code sent by SMS is required, make sure you have your phone with you to prevent the process from expiring.
After starting the process, you will receive a notification on the platform, on which you should click Validate.
To complete the process, simply enter the code you received and your account will be updated.
