If your clients are not registered in nBanks you can provide them this service in a simple and fast way. We have prepared 3 different modules for you to choose the level of information you want to consult from each of your clients:

These additional services use the pay-as-you-go system that only invoices the services that are activated by your clients.

The nBanks offers you the Premium Subscription Plan, for which offers free trial for a month to experience the various features of the platform. After this period, the plan can be subscribed for the value tabulated in the price list. You can also opt for an annual payment, whose value can be consulted above, in the price list. By choosing this option nBanks offers you 1 month free, which allows you to pay only 11 months of annual subscription.
Several factors should be considered in addition to price, especially the real needs of the business. Therefore, we advise you to read the advantages of the plans and analyse in detail the functionalities of each one. We point out that:
- the Premium Plan is the ready-to-use solution, with features that support highly technical tasks of Accountants/Auditors and financial advisors, you can later add more clients to your portfolio, more disk space, more users in your management team or even other companies that you have for your own management.
The Premium Plan is adapted so that you can include customers in your portfolio, whenever you need, in the innovative system "pay as you go", that is, you only pay for each customer who activates your invitation by the level you assign to each of them (Level 1, 2 or 3). This way you can invite all your customers at once, and manage each invitation through the Module Management feature.

The management of all operations related to the nBanks subscription, such as consultation or renewal and cancellation of the plan, can be carried out in your Profile > Subscription area.
There is no binding period and for nBanks the priority is your freedom of choice, starting with your subscription. So, at any time you can upgrade or downgrade features (change plan), as well as renew or cancel your subscription.
One of the great advantages of the nBanks platform is the sharing of information with the desired partners, inside or outside the company. Through the features External Shares and Multi-users, each user has the possibility to comfortably define with whom they want to share their information, from the accountant, to other usual partners, to other entities and employees that are part of the same group. The type and number of users and entities with whom it is possible to share information differs for each Subscription Plan.
By Multibanco payment, bank transfer or credit card, simply choose the method that is most convenient for you, following the respective instructions that will be indicated on the form itself when choosing the payment method.
